Delete your account

Deleting your Travelers account deletes your online journey and signs out every device, straight away. Your journey on each device stays on that device (Settings, Start the journey again, clears it there). Paintings you sent to the gallery aren't tied to your account: take them down in the game, or ask us to.

You can also delete your account in the game: Settings, Your journey online, Delete my account.

Friends and the messages between friends belong to the game on your device, not to your account: delete them in the game, Settings, Play together, Delete my friends and messages. Messages are deleted by themselves after 30 days, and your friends, requests and messages after a year of not playing together.

No email? Check your spam folder, or write to us through the game's page on the App Store or Google Play (the "Developer contact" or "Support" link).
